8th April 2017: Open Day at Cleeve House. Everybody is welcome.
December 2016: Visit to West Midlands Safari Park for our residents.
March 2016: We have completed our building works and now have an additional 7 new luxury bedrooms, each with an ensuite wet room. We have also added a superb Garden Room and a Resident Kitchen which our service users are able to use.
October 2014: We have just received confirmation from the CQC that Cleeve House has achieved the maximum ‘Five Ticks’ (meeting all essential standards) within an unannounced inspection carried out earlier this month. We’re very proud of Becky and Steph (our Manager and Assistant Manager), along with all staff at Cleeve House. To see the full Inspection report, please click here.
August 2014: We have once again achieved a 5 Star Food Hygiene rating from the Local Authority. Many thanks to all of our staff who have contributed to this success.
Spring 2014: We are so pleased to announce that Worcestershire County Council recognised Cleeve House for our effort in improving the quality of person centred dementia care. A grant of £7,500 was awarded, which we will use to further improve our dementia care. Staff and residents have decided to spend part of this money on new garden furniture and will continue to think about other suggestions which would benefit our residents. We want to take this opportunity to thank our staff for such dedication and commitment to the highest level of care.
