CQC Inspector - We observed that staff supported each person in a way which met their individual needs. Staff showed warmth, consideration and respect for people. One member of staff we spoke with said, "I worked here for many years, I left, but I came back, as I really enjoyed working at this home. It is like a family".
Family Member - I was initially concerned about Mum leaving her home, however after just a few weeks at Cleeve House, I could see that she looked happier and healthier than she had in a long time. The staff are so caring and made Mum feel immediately welcome.
Family Member - Cleeve House is a wonderful place - you can tell everyone is so well cared for. The staff are always cheerful and make everyone feel so welcome.
Family Member - We are so happy that we chose Cleeve House as all the staff there are so fantastic, kind and caring. On every visit, we are always made to feel very welcome and offered cups of tea and cake.
Family Member - I cannot praise the staff enough, they all seem to understand everyone’s needs and no matter how busy they are, they are always willing to take the time to help out.
